AI Doc Suite is designed to function without mandatory account creation. Most tools can be accessed instantly without registration.

2. Privacy-First, No-Login Architecture

Default: No Account Required

Most AI Doc Suite tools operate without requiring user registration. Files, prompts, and tasks are processed within short-lived session-based environments.

Anonymous Processing

• Expire automatically after task completion
• Avoid permanent storage unless explicitly saved

Users can create, edit, convert, and generate content without providing personal information.

3. Optional Accounts & Advanced Collaboration

For advanced features such as:

Users may optionally create an account or authenticate via Google.

Google Login & Google Drive Integration

• Authentication is securely handled via Google OAuth.
• We receive limited profile information (name and email).
• Access to Google Drive is granted only with explicit user permission.
• We do not access or store files beyond user-authorized actions.

All authentication processes are governed by Google’s privacy and security policies.

4. Data Controller & Responsibility

• Data Controller for account, subscription, and billing information
• Data Processor for user-submitted documents, prompts, and uploaded files

Users retain ownership of uploaded files and generated outputs.

5. Data Processing & AI Usage

AI Doc Suite uses the proprietary fdmGTP engine to generate structured outputs, automate formatting, and perform media conversions.

• Purpose Limitation: Data is processed solely for the requested function.
• No Public Model Training: Private inputs are not used to train public AI models.
• User Ownership: Uploaded files and outputs remain under user control.
• Limited Retention: Content is not archived unless explicitly saved.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before professional use.

6. Log Data & Technical Information

• Device type
• Access timestamps
• System logs and error reports

This information supports security monitoring, abuse prevention, and performance optimization.
