1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Doc Suite (“Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

Use of certain features (such as Pro plans, Enterprise access, or API services) may require additional agreements.

2. Service Description

AI Doc Suite is a browser-native AI productivity workspace powered by the proprietary fdmGTP engine.

Tools include

• AI-powered document drafting and structured content generation
• PDF creation, editing, and transformation
• Spreadsheet automation and structured data output
• Media conversion and formatting utilities
• Optional Google Drive integration and collaboration
• Enterprise-grade API access (where applicable)

Most tools are available without mandatory account registration. Advanced features may require account creation, subscription plans, API credentials, or enterprise agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs generated by the fdmGTP engine are AI-assisted.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, formatting inconsistencies, or contextual errors.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

AI Doc Suite does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable Use & System Integrity

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Upload malicious code, malware, or exploit attempts
• Engage in automated scraping, bot abuse, or API exploitation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass usage limits or safeguards
• Disrupt system infrastructure or degrade service performance

Usage limits may apply per user, IP address, or subscription tier.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access if misuse, abnormal traffic patterns, or security risks are detected.

All Platform software, architecture, branding, trademarks, and design elements are the property of AI Doc Suite and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate, subject to:

• Applicable laws
• Third-party intellectual property rights
• Platform usage restrictions

AI Doc Suite does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

Certain features may integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage providers, analytics services, authentication platforms, or advertising networks.

When using those services (e.g., Google authentication), you agree to comply with their respective terms and privacy policies.

AI Doc Suite does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent data handling practices.

The Platform may display advertisements to support free access.

AI Doc Suite is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of advertisements displayed through third-party advertising networks.

User interaction with advertisers is governed solely by the advertiser’s own terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Doc Suite shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruption
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Third-party service failures

Total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Doc Suite, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, governmental actions, cyber incidents, or internet disruptions.

13. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

AI Doc Suite is operated from Narayanganj, Dhaka Division, Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, without limiting consumer protection rights under mandatory local laws where applicable.
